Gather all ingredients.
Heat a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add 1-2 Tbs of salt to the pot of water. Boil pasta to al dente as directed on package. Drain pasta using a colander. Rinse pasta with cold water while in colander to cool it down.
In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, seasoning salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Add in chopped cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes, and drained noodles. Toss everything together until stirred well.
Cover, let sit in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving to mingle all the flavors together. Can even make the day before, it's even better the next day!
